From day of order arrival, ANY issue with it, you have 10 days to contact us by email for replacement. LC MUST BE TESTED ON AGAR, with pics and emailed to us for replacement consideration. Plates are tested visually! Any Research Plate or Agar Plate opened by the customer will NOT be replaced. Replacement plates take up to 10 days to ship. Once order's shipped, tracking info's updated to customer's invoice. As the consumer, it's your responsibility to make sure you provide correct shipping info and ensuring a safe place for package receipt.
